Magnet Construction Services Inc. has been incorporated since 1990. We provide end-to-end services for the Atlanta Home, Condo and Loft Remodeling market. Some of our work that we have done over the last 18 years includes everything from small Bathroom Remodeling to Master Bedroom Suites, large and small Kitchen Remodels, Loft conversions, Whole House Remodeling, Attic Build-outs, Finished Basements, Room Additions including Sun Rooms, Screen Porches and Decks and several other Minor Remodeling projects.
Our Kitchen & Bath Design and redesigning existing spaces have given us some of our best projects. We also work from existing plans provided. We have found over the years that some of our best clients already have a general idea of what they want for their space and allow us to take it from concept to reality.
Though we are not really known as a Handy Man Service, we do Reroofing, Door & Window Replacement, Minor Carpentry projects and love doing different kinds of Tile Work. We price most of our projects usually on a fixed price basis, when we do small handy man work it is based on time and material. We are known in the Atlanta market for our high quality standards and exceeding the expectations of our clients.
It is our experience that to be an efficient, budget minded contractor today for a majority of the projects we do, it requires the use of sub-contractors to help keep it on time and on budget, particularly when it comes to plumbing, electrical and hvac. We permit most every project that we do and have ours and our sub-contractor's work inspected accordingly.

In 1996, Magnet contracted its first loft project with pioneer loft buyer, Inho Lee, at the 210 Walker Street building.
